Stitch It!

This card is for the Krafty Girlz challenge at Kenny K's where the theme is 'stitch it'. I decided to use faux stitching on my card around the edges of each part. My stamp is the very saucy "Bodacious Bev" from the 'Gothik Angelz' set and she can be purchased from Kenny K Downloads. I recently bought a couple of Kenny K digi stamps and I love them! They are so much fun to colour.

Cute As A Button!

I made this card for this week's challenge at Lil Lolita Boutique which is to create a card with buttons. I went a little crazy with this challenge and decided to make a card that actually was a button! I went through my paper stash and found some cute paper that had buttons all over it too. I also finally got to use some of my button stash! The lovely lady sitting on my giant button card is the very cute-as-a-button '60's Hippie Willow' and she can be purchased from Tickled Pink Stamps. I even found some very tiny buttons to decorate Willow with too!

Here is the easel-style card closed:

Here is an up-close picture of 60'sWillow; I put buttons in her hair, on her pants, and I gave her a cute little button necklace!:

I hope you have enjoyed this post. Please let me know what you think of my card!

Borderbilities - Christmas Stampin' All Year Long!

I made this card for the challenge at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long which is to create a card using any type of border punch. I just love this challenge blog's moto of "where the spirit of Christmas never ends"! How sweet is that? Anyway, back to my card, I have used a Martha Stewart border punch and a very cute stamp called "Lily Snowflake Fairy" from Pink Cat Studio.

Simply Betty Halloween!!!

I have designed this card for the awesome challenge at Simply Betty Stamps which is to create your best Halloween creation and to participate in a blog hop to celebrate the new release of 'Emo Halloweenies'. This challenge was so much fun because I love spooky Halloween stuff!!! The real challenge however, was to try and use Simply Betty Stamps that are not Halloween and to make them spooky. I chose to use the least 'Halloween-ish' Simply Betty stamps I had which are "London" and "Christian" from the awesome 'My Kids Emo World' set from Simply Betty Stamps. I have made a card which looks like a spooky haunted house when closed and it opens up to reveal who lives inside!

I wonder who lives inside this creepy house?.....

That looks like it might be Looney London!.....

and Creepy Christian!.......

It is Looney London and Creepy Christian!

Here is an up close view of inside the card. I handmade the cute little skull on the spiderweb using Fimo and I added glitter paper behind the spider web for added sparkle:

Check out the awesome new Emo Halloweenies at Simply Betty Stamps, they are gorgeous!

I have used pink and purple as my colours and I have decorated my card with pretty girly flowers, bling and sequins! The lovely lady on my card is "Giselle" and she can be purchased from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

Tickled Pink Stamps Monthly Challenge

I have made this card for the sketch challenge at Tickled Pink Stamps Monthly Sketch Challenge. I have never made a round card before so this was something new for me to try! This cute little lady is 'Tuesday' from the 'Creeper Crew' series of stamps from The Greeting Farm. She seems a little bit moody in her cute little tutu and boots so I thought I would use black, grey and pink colours. She can be purchased in Australia from Tickled Pink Stamps. Let me know what you think!

Girly Girl

This card is for the lastest challenge at Lil Lolita Boutique which is to create a card that is 'girly girl'. I loved this challenge! When I think of 'girly girl' I think of pink (of course because it is the best colour!), flowers, bling, butterflies, glitter and feathers, so I have combined all these 'girly girl' elements into my card. My stamp is "Ivy" and she can be purchased from Tickled Pink Stamps.

Creepy Cute!

I have designed this card for the Haunted Design House 'Macabre Monday' challenge where the theme is 'creepy cute'. I am very excited about this challenge becuase I love all things creepy cute! This deceivingly innocent little girl is 'Drucilla' from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. Be careful though, because if you look closely you will see she is actually holding a voodoo doll so watch your back!

It's All About Men!

This card is for the 'It's all about men' challenge at Copic Oz. I find cards for men quite hard to make, probably becuase I love flowers and bling! In my card I have used 'Auroa' the dragon from Sweet Pea Stamps. I have not been using copics for very long but I love them. In this card I have used red toned copics and copic spicas for added sparkle.

Pearly Whites!

I made this card for the challenge at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Blog which is to create a card with the theme of 'Pearly Whites'. This lovely little lady is called 'Goldilocks' and she can be purchased from http://www.kraftinkimmiestamps.com/. For the 'pearly whites' aspect of my card I have used white card stock (which I embossed), white lace, white pearls, and white flowers. Hope you like her!
